In this module, you'll undertake an in-depth exploration of some key texts, including prose, poetry, legal documents, print and broadcast media, philosophy, and film. The module is not only about how to make sense of these texts, but how and why they were composed, and the ethical or political questions they raise. In the process you will develop core skills that you will go on to use time and again throughout your degree, no matter what subject you are going on to study.
An introductory course into Life Sciences.
n this module we will cover the key concepts you will need for degrees in Biology and Biomedical Sciences.
By the end of this course you will understand life and environmental sciences from the origins of everything to the present day, and look into how innovations are shaping the future.
The Numeracy Certificate will help you develop and consolidate core numeracy skills that you will need throughout your degree, and in your chosen career. Completion of the Certificate will entitle you to digital recognition that you can use in your CV.
